Overview
At Synechron, I design for some of the world’s largest banks, translating complex business needs into clear, user-focused solutions within highly regulated environments.

Because my work involves confidential engagements, I’m unable to share design artifacts or project deliverables publicly. I can, however, outline the types of initiatives I’ve supported and the experience I’ve gained in this role.
My experience
Discovery
I’ve collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from a U.S.-based regional bank to a major institutional financial services and investment organization, leading discovery phases and proof-of-concepts.
My largest and longest-running engagement is with a top-tier global investment bank with extensive wealth-management operations, where I lead the discovery and design of an internal data governance platform.
I’m passionate about diving deep into problem spaces, ensuring teams focus on solving the right problems and building the right solutions. Financial services workflows are often complex and data-heavy, which adds layers of challenge to understanding, designing, and delivering effective products. These experiences have sharpened my ability to navigate intricate workflows and align business goals with user needs, always with a user-centered approach.
POCs
Over the years at Synechron, I’ve contributed to numerous proof-of-concepts. Many of our discovery projects culminate in a mini POC, demonstrating how we, as consultants, can enhance a product and deliver tangible results.
One of the most exciting POCs I led was for a major multinational banking and financial services organization. The brief was to reimagine their mobile app for the APAC market, exploring innovative technologies, social commerce, gamification, and emerging concepts in the metaverse.
Our proposed features included hyper-personalized content with customizable widgets and UI, time-sensitive exclusive offers to drive engagement, personal assistance via voice technology for customer support, and intelligent search capabilities. Given the market focus, ESG strategy was also a priority. We designed gamification elements to influence behavior and encourage sustainable habits through goal-setting, rewards, and badge earning.
